Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods and services by Signage4U to customers. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance in writing. Quotations are valid for 30 days.

2. Artwork and specifications

You are responsible for supplying artwork that meets our technical specifications. We accept no liability for errors in artwork supplied by you. Where we create artwork, a proof will be provided for approval before production.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are stated on each invoice. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

4. Production and delivery

Lead times are estimates from the date of artwork approval and cleared payment. Risk passes to you on dispatch. Inspect goods on receipt and notify us of damage within 48 hours.

5. Returns and defects

Bespoke printed goods are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect. Notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Our liability is limited to replacement or credit.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
